FOREST, SENSES, PRESENCE
Shinrin Yoku – Forest bathing - Nature therapy
❄️ Awakening senses and full presence guided sessions in nature ☀️
My love of nature, the driving force behind my artistic approach, naturally led me to Shinrin Yoku. Now, a certified guide (AGSY.ca) I offer forest immersion experiences where time slows down and you can reconnect deeply with yourself and with life.
The benefits of Shinrin Yoku
Shinrin Yoku, or forest bathing, is a practice of sensory immersion in nature, originating in Japan. It is recognized for its beneficial effects on well-being, such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving concentration and creativity, strengthening the immune system, and inducing a state of calm and deep connection. *

How a guided session works (3 hours)
A Shinrin Yoku walk is not a hike, but an invitation to slow down and open your senses to nature. Each session includes:
An introduction to the experience - Guided invitations to explore the forest differently - Moments of silence and observation - A time for sharing in the form of a tea ceremony to gently integrate and conclude the experience.
The forest becomes a welcoming place where everyone can find themselves, recharge their batteries, and discover what nature has to offer in the present moment.
Why be guided?
Walking in nature is beneficial in itself, but being guided in Shinrin Yoku offers a different and more profound experience:
A safe environment – Being accompanied makes it easier to let go and fully enjoy the experience without worrying about time or the route.
A deeper immersion – Thanks to guided invitations, the forest is explored in a different way, with new perceptions and feelings.
A space for sharing – The experience includes moments of sharing, which brings a unique and valuable enrichment.
Intentional slowing down – Far from a simple walk, being guided allows you to fully enter the moment, promoting connection with nature and with yourself.
